TONYA FARMER
My name is Tonya Farmer, and I was raised in Manchester, Kentucky. I attended the University of the Cumberland’s, where I received a Bachelor of Science
degree, a Master’s Degree in Education, and obtained 30 graduate hours beyond a Master’s Degree (Rank I). I also received the following certifications: Preschool Programs Birth to Primary, Early Childhood Education, Kentucky for Teachers of Exceptional Children in the areas of Learning and Behavior Disorders K-12, and Elementary Education.
I am a retired teacher, having served 27 years for the Clay County Public School System. During my time as an educator, I held many different roles in numerous areas spanning from birth to 12th grade in both the home and school settings. I have also worked for many years as a Developmental Interventionist for the First Steps of Kentucky Program.
My most recent achievement was obtaining my Real Estate License and becoming a member of the Century 21 Realty family in London, Kentucky. I am very excited about my new adventure, and I have always had a passion to help people. I always feel a sense of comfort knowing that my position allows me to do so. I don’t think there is a more rewarding feeling than when people allow me to serve them. Aside from work, I like traveling (both domestically and internationally), scuba diving, boating, gardening, and spending time with my family. I am married and I have three children- two sons and a daughter. I also enjoy reading my bible and serving the Lord.
For many, the purchase of a home is the biggest investment they will ever make. I feel that your home is more than a structure where you reside. It’s where many memories are made, and you create your own haven. Whether you are buying or selling, I want to make the process go as smoothly and stress-free as possible for you. I will always give my best effort and work diligently on your behalf. Therefore, whether you are purchasing your first home or looking for that amazing retirement home, I am here for you. Give me a call and let me do the work!
