Gina Epperson began her real estate career in 2005 and is very passionate about helping others reach their dream of owning a home. Growing up as the daughter of a minister, Gina’s family moved numerous times across the country. While moving was never easy, it has shown her what a blessing it is to find that special place to call home.

When Gina is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family. Gina and her husband David brought their family to Richmond after David accepted a new job as an Electrical Engineer and have proudly called it home for 14 years. They have 2 sons that they are very proud of. Nathan, 20, is currently attending Somerset Community College and is working at their family business, Epperson Electric. Caleb, 18, is attending Eastern Kentucky University to study pre-pharmacy.
