Hi! I’m Samantha Fletcher. I was born in Germany, raised in Southeastern Kentucky, and am now a proud resident of the Lake Cumberland area.

I am married to my wonderful husband Charles and we have two daughters, Cassidy and Rayna. I enjoy crafting and building things. In my spare time, I’m either making memories with my family or working on some sort of DIY project.

Soon after college, my husband and I bought our first home. During that process, I fell in love with real estate and knew I wanted to make it my profession. Since then, we have bought, remodeled, and sold multiple homes. I would love to use the knowledge I have gained through the years to help you with your real estate needs.
